In this UI/UX Designer role, you will work across the UX domain, handling user research, design, prototyping, and user testing. As part of a cross-functional team, you’ll collaborate closely with other designers and utilize data to make informed design decisions. Your high visual design standards will ensure that product features meet both user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design user interfaces and process flows using iterative design techniques, informed by user interviews, usability testing, and other research.
Produce deliverables such as user personas, user stories, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
Run usability tests and communicate findings to improve user experience.
Facilitate design review sessions to advocate for user needs.
Collaborate with Engineers to ensure design goals are met and verified through agile development.
Maintain UI guidelines and visual standards across products.
Identify opportunities for product or feature enhancements.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and consumer preferences to ensure designs are relevant and modern.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of experience in product design, UX design, interaction design, or a related field.
Proven knowledge of User-Centered Design principles and design aesthetics.
Sharp attention to detail and a passion for clean, functional design.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma (experience with Sketch and Adobe Suite is beneficial).
Understanding of cross-platform and responsive design techniques and challenges.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (while coding isn’t required, it’s beneficial).
Experience contributing to a design system.
Strong time and project management skills.
